The departure is at 8:30 am from the port of Semarang. The 3-hour drive goes to the highlands of the active volcano in Dieng. In terms of landscape, the route is breathtaking through the mountainous landscapes of Mount Sumbing and Sindoro. Tea plantations can also be seen far and wide on the route. Arrive at Dieng Plateau and drive through the fields of different vegetables. Visit the various bubbling active craters. Walk from one crater to the other. Back to Semarang.
